Virtual Yoga and Ayurveda Retreat

One door closes and another opens. In lieu of having to cancel my in person retreat in April, I am holding a virtual retreat Friday April 10 - Sunday April 12.. Virtual is cool these days, ya know? Having a strong body, equipped with tools for building strong immunity and preserving our serenity of mind are KEY in these upcoming weeks. So we will join to explore the worlds of yoga and Ayurveda, and strengthen our ties to our virtual community and ourselves at the same time.

Retreat includes: Twice daily yoga, break for lunch and dinner with personalized Ayurvedic recipes per dosha, 2 talks about Ayurveda and self care/immune support/daily routines, meditation/guided relaxation audio files, recipes and supportive Ayurveda materials. All sessions are recorded and will be sent via email after the close of the session.

Cost: 140e for full retreat or 75e for one day

How: All sessions are via ZOOM - everyone’s best friend these days. It is very easy to install to your computer or phone. :)
